To run any company in Nepal, the company must be registered legally. The trekking agencies should be members of the Trekking Agency Associations of Nepal (TAAN) and should have affiliations from the Department of Tourism Nepal. Asaki Treks and Expedition is legally registered with the above-mentioned agencies.
