Dhampus Peak (6,012 m ) is located at the Annapurna region at North-East of alps Mt. Dhaulagiri. This classic and shortest trekking trail is known to be easiest peak in the Annapurna Range. The route to the summit asccends the west edge walking along the famous Dhampus pass (5,200 m) which is also the point to camp for ascending to top summit. Dhumpus Peak is also only view point to prospect spectacular scene of the high altitude ranges of Annapurna , Tukuche and Dhaulagiri which are extremly close to this summit. There are more then thirty divergent peaks and mountains which makes exceptional point to witness high Himalayan ranges in the Annapurna Range.

Day 01:Arrival in Kathmandu(1300m).Pickup and transfer to hotel by our company staff. Overnight in hotel with BB plan.

Our company staffs will be there anytime you arrive Kathmandu to welcome you and take you to the designated hotel. There will be small briefing about the trip in the evening with welcome dinner. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02: Flight or drive to Pokhara. Overnight stay at hotel.

On the second day we will either fly by plane or drive by private vehicle or tourist bus from Kathmandu to Pokhara. Pokhara is popular tourist spot, where you can walk beside the famous Rara lake or boat there , relax , take massage or try local food and you can visit temple , world peace stupa , caves and so on. Pokhara is surrounded by beautiful hills and mountains and Paragliding and bungee jump is main attraction here

Day 03: Drive to Siwai (7/8 hrs). Overnight stay at homestay.

From Pokhara we will drive by local bus or private vehicle to Siwai .

Day 04: Trek to Jugepani (6/7 hrs).Overnight stay at homestay.

We will head to Jugepani .

Day 05: Trek to Dobhan Kharaka (2,520m.) (6/7 hrs). Overnight stay at homestay.

We will continue our trekking to Dobhan Kharaka (2,520 m).

Day 06: Trek to ShallaGari(3,445m.) (3/4 hrs). Overnight stay at tea house.

We will walk through Rhododendron forest as silent as clear river water flows. After few hours of trekking we will reach to ShallaGari (3,445 m).

Day 07: Trek to Italian camp (3,660m.) (3/4 hrs).Overnight stay at camp.

After few more hours of walking we will reach Italian camp (3,660 m). We we can see the close view of Mt, Dhaulagiri from this point.

Day 08: Trek to Japanese Camp (3,890m ) (5/6 hrs).Overnight stay at camp.

We will ascend to Japanese Camp (3,890 m) .

Day 09: Trek to Dhaulagiri Base Camp (4,748m) (4/5 hrs).Overnight stay at Camp.

The path is snowy , icy and steep. We will continue walking step by step till we reach Dhaulagiri Base Camp (4,748 m).

Day 10: Rest day at Dahaulagir Base camp.

Before we head French Pass , we have this exceptional day as we will take full rest at the same camp. But we can still explore the base area and keep ourselves fit till next day. Overnight stay at camp.

Day 11: Trek via French Pass (5,360m.) to Hidden Valley Camp (5,140m.) (7/8 hrs). Overnight stay at camp.

Today will follow our trek via French Pass (5,360 m) to the Hidden Valley Camp (5,140 m).

Day 12: Trek to Dhampus Peak Base Camp (5100m) (3/4 hrs). Overnight stay at camp.

As we come closer to our destination , we first land to Dhampus Peak Base Camp (5100 m).

Day 13: Reserve day in case of bad weather.

An exceptional day in case the weather is bad, a reserve day and we will take rest before we reach our destination. Overnight stay at camp.

Day 14: Summit Dhapmus Peak (6035m) .Then trek back to Base Camp (8/9 hrs). Overnight stay at camp.

We will start our climbing early morning today. After few hours of climbing icy , snowy and rigid mountains we will reach Summit Dhampus Peak (6,035 m) successfully. This summit will provide us with magnificent view of Annapurna I, II, III and IV, Annapurna South, Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri South and North, Tilicho peak, Tukuche Peak and other snow-topped peaks. After exploring the area and taking couple of picture we will head back to the base camp.

Day 15: Trek via Dhampus Pass (5240m) to Yak Kharka (3680m) (7/8 hrs). Overnight stay at tea house.

We will descend our trekking via Dhampus Pass (5,240 m) to Yak Kharka (3,680 m).

Day 16: Trek to Jomsom (2670m) (5/6 hrs). Flight back to Pokhara (30 mins). Overnight stay at tea hotel.

From Yak Kharka we will move to Jomsom. From here, we will fly by plane to Pokhara.

Day 17: Flight back to Kathmandu (25 mins). Overnight stay at Hotel.

Flight Duration; 25 min We will fly to Kathmandu from Pokhara.

Day 18: Departure from Kathmandu towards your own destination.

This will be the last day of your trip , as we will depart from here . Our Ashaki Treks team will drop you off the airport before 2-3 hours of flight hoping you had the exciting and satisfying journey here. From here you may go to your desired destination.
