Upper Dolpa Trek lets you explore through remote areas and peek into the livelihood of the people living in that isolated world.This region is fully occupied with natural resources.Dolpa is rich in forest which is the home for rare animals like snow leopard,blue sheep,mountain musk deer and more.On the way we can see the mind blowing Shey Phoksundo lake which is the deepest lake in Nepal. It is located in Shey Phoksundo National Park which is the biggest national park of Nepal.During trek to Upper Dolpa, you go through some of the highest settlements of the world where people live even above 4000 meters. You can observe their amazing Tibetan-influenced Buddhist culture and tradition.

Jomsom is a small beautiful town situated in the lap of Mt.Dhaulagiri and Mt.Nilgiri.This town is a popular starting/ending points for treks.Jomsom lies on the bank of Kali Gandaki river which is the deepest gorge in the world.This george is one of the major tourist attraction of Jomsom.People living in Jomsom are mostly Thakali and Tibetan.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu(1300m).Pickup and transfer to hotel by our company staff. Overnight in hotel with BB plan.

Day 02: Full day sightseeing in Kathmandu.

Day 04: Fly from Nepalgunj to Juphal (2475 m.) Trek to Suli Ghat (2282 m.) 3/4 hrs. Stay overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 05: Trek to Chhepka (2838 m.) 6/7 hrs.Stay overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 06: Trek to Sanduwa (2960 m.)5/6 hrs.Stay overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 07: Trek to Phoksundo (3641m.) 4/5 hrs. Stay overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 08: Rest day at Phoksundo to explore the Phuksundo Lake.

Day 09: Trek to Sallaghari (3756 m.) 6/7 hrs. Stay overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 10: Trek to Kangla High Camp (4717 m.) 6/7 hrs. Stay overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 11: Trek via Kang La Pass (5350m) Shey Gompa (4160m) 7/8 hrs. Stay overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 12: Rest Day at Shey gompa.

Day 13: Trek to Bhijer Gompa (3850m) 4/5 hrs.Stay overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 14: Trek via Nengla La Pass(5368m) Saldang (3670m) 6/7 hrs. Stay overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 15: Trek to Yanjer Gompa (4000m approx). 7/8 hrs. Stay overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 16: Trek to Musi Gaon (4100m). 5/6 hrs. Stay overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 17: Trek via Musi-La Pass Shimen gaon (3850m) 6/7 hrs. Stay overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 18: Trek Tinje gaon (4110m) 6/7 hrs. Stay overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 19: Trek to Sulung Khola (4868m) 6/7hrs. Stay overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 20: Trek via Chhoil La North Pass (5040m) Tokyu (4209m) 6/7 hrs. Stay overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 21: Trek to Dho tarap (2944m) 2/3 hrs. Stay overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 22: Rest day at Dho tarap.

Day 23: Trek to Chang La phedi Camp (5227m) 5/6hrs. Stay overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 24: Trek via Chan La pass (5378m) Chanjo Khola (4615m) 6/7hrs. Stay overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 25: Trek to Dhadgaon (4400m) 5/6 hrs. Stay overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 26: Trek to Terang (3800m) 6/7 hrs. Stay overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 27: Trek to Mukut Gaon (4170m) 5/6 hrs. Stay overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 28: Rest day at Mukut Gaon.

Day 29: Trek to Mula High Camp (4879m). 6/7 hrs. Stay overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 30: Trek via Mula Vanjyang (5895m ) Mulung Khola (4980m) 7/8 hrs. Stay overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 31: Trek via Newar Pass (5120m), Tuchela Sangda Vanjyang (5355m) to Sangda Phedi (4248m). 7/8 hrs. Stay overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 32: Trek to Sangdak (3680m) 4/5 hrs. Stay overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 33: Trek to Dhakarjung (3523m approx). 5/6 hrs. Stay overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 34: Trek to Jomsom (2720m). 3hrs. Stay overnight at teahouse.

Day 35: Fly back to Pokhara 25min. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 36: Fly or drive back to Kathmandu

Day 37: Departure from Kathmandu towards your own destination.
