Trek to Makalu Base Camp is the most exciting trekking experience. It offers us an opportunity to explore high-altitude terrains, along with typical Himalayan lifestyle. Our trekking journey starts form Num after the flight to Tumlingtar from Kathmandu.
Our trails passes through the magnificient rhododendron forrest and granite cliffs capped by hanging glaciers, overflowing with waterfalls. This is the ideal trekking route for nature lovers and adventure seekers.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu (1300m). Pickup and transfer to hotel by our company staff. Overnight in hotel with BB plan.

Day 02: Fly to Tumlingtar (400m) (30min). Drive to Num (1505m) (2-3hrs). Overnight stay at teahouse in Num.

Day 03: Trek to Seduwa (1500m) (5-6hrs). Overnight at Tea house.

Day 04: Trek to Tashigong (2065m) (4-5 hrs). Overnight at tea house.

Day 05: Trek to Khong Ma (3562m) (6-7hrs). Overnight at tea house.

Day 06: Via Khongma La (3873m) Thuthu La (4055m) Shipton La (4220m) Keka La (4152m) to Mumbuk (3550m). (7-8 hrs) Overnight at Tea house.

Day 07: Trek to Yangri Kharka (3610m) (5-6hrs). Overnight at Tea house.

Day 08: Trek to Yangmale Kharka (4510m) (4-5 hrs). Overnight at tea house.

Day 09: Trek to Makalu Base Camp (4870m) (4-5 hrs.) Overnight at tea house.

Day 10: Rest and exploration day at Makalu Base Camp.

Day 11: Return back to Yangri Kharka (3610m). (6-7 hrs). Overnight at tea house

Day 12: Trek back to Mumbuk. (5-6 hrs).

Day 13: Trek back to Tashigong. (6-7 hrs).

Day 14: Trek back to Num. (7-8hrs).

Day 15: Early morning drive to Tumlingtar and flight back to Kathmandu on same day.

Day 16: Departure from Kathmandu to own destination.

✔️ 3 Star accomodation in Kathmandu.

✔️Teahouse or hotel or lodge accomodation during trek

✔️All meals during trek

✔️Welcome and Farewell Dinner

✔️All ground transportation as per itinerary in comfortable vehicle.

✔️ Domestic flights as per itinerary

✔️ Experienced English Speaking Trekking guide Assistant guide. (For 4 clients 1 assistant guide)

✔️ Porter service (2 person: 1porter)

✔️ Staff salary and all necessary insurance.

✔️All necessary tims and national park permits during trek.

✔️ Duffle Bags (to be returned after completion of trek) and company logo printed T-shirts.

✔️Medical Kit and Oxygen (Carried by Trekking guide)

Visa Fee - Visa can be obtained after your arrival in Tribhuvan International Airport.

Excess baggage charge.

Extra night in Kathmandu (Due to early arrival or late departure or any reason)
