Upper Dolpa Trek lets you explore through remote areas and peek into the livelihood of the people living in that isolated world.This region is fully occupied with natural resources.Dolpa is rich in forest which is the home for rare animals like snow leopard,blue sheep,mountain musk deer and more.On the way we can see the mind blowing Shey Phoksundo lake which is the deepest lake in Nepal. It is located in Shey Phoksundo National Park which is the biggest national park of Nepal.During trek to Upper Dolpa, you go through some of the highest settlements of the world where people live even above 4000 meters. You can observe their amazing Tibetan-influenced Buddhist culture and tradition.

Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu(1300m).Pickup and transfer to hotel by our company staff. Overnight in hotel with BB plan.

Day 02: Full day sightseeing in Kathmandu Valley.

Day 03: Fly to Nepalgunj (150m) 1hr. Stay overnight at hotel.

Day 04: Fly to Jhupal (2475m) .Trek to Suli ghat (2282m) 3/4 hrs. Overnight at tent camp or homestay.

Day 05: Trek to Chhepka (2838m.) 6/7 hrs. . Overnight at tent camp or homestay.

Day 06: Trek to Sanduwa (2960m.) 4/5 hrs. . Overnight at tent camp or homestay.

Day 07: Trek to Phoksundo (3600m.) 4/5hrs. Overnight at tent camp or homestay.

Day 08: Phoksundo exploration day.

Day 09: Trek to Sallaghari (3756m.) 6/7hrs Overnight at homestay or tentcamp.

Day 10: Trek to Kangla High Camp (4600m.) 7/8 hrs. Overnight in tent camp or homestay.

Day 11: Trek via Kang La Pass (5350m) Shey Gompa (4160m). 7/8 hrs. Overnight at tent camp or home stay.

Day 12: Rest and shey gompa exploration day.

Day 13: Trek via Sela (Gela) pass (5094m) Namgung 6/7 hrs. Overnight at tent camp or home stay.

Day 14: Trek to Saldang (3770m) 3/4 hrs. Overnight at tent camp or home stay.

Day 15: Trek to Cha gaon (3840m) 5/6hrs. Overnight at tent camp or home stay.

Day 16: Trek to Jyanta La Pass high Camp (4700m) 6/7 hrs. Overnight at tent camp or homestay.

Day 17: Trek via Jyanta La pass (5220m) Tokyu (4100 m.) 6/7 hrs. Overnight at tent camp or home stay.

Day 18: Trek to Dho Tarap(3944m) 2hrs. Overnight at tent camp or home stay.

Day 19: Rest day at Dho Tarap.

Day 20: Trek to Toltol (3523m) 6/7 hrs. Overnight at tent camp or home stay.

Day 21: Trek to Laini (3370m) 5/6 hrs. Overnight at tent camp/home stay

Day 22: Trek to Tarakot (2540m) 5/6. Overnight at tent camp or home stay.

Day 23: Trek to Dunai (2140m.) Drive to Jhupal 4/5 hrs. Overnight at tent camp or home stay.

Day 24: Early morning flight to Nepalgunj (27min) and afternoon flight to Kathmandu (45min).

Day 25: Departure from Kathmandu towards your own destination.

✔️Teahouse or hotel or lodge accomodation during trek
